In this job you'll lead product, proposition and route to market design, development and testing with colleagues, subject experts, and partners to grow our international and industry reach. You will lead from the concept and design phase through to launch and evaluation and contribute to the international impact of CISL knowledge through research, analysis and the development of successful products, propositions, and routes to market.

If you've a passion for sustainability and want to work for an organisation that will share your sense of purpose and make an impact in the world then this is the job for you.

You'll be expected to demonstrate the following essential skills and experience:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent level of relevant experience.
  • Experience of leading the design and/or development of successful digital products, content or projects for a client or organisation.
  • A good understanding and experience of how to create powerful and engaging narratives to influence others.

  • Ability to deliver presentations, briefings and facilitate workshops and sessions on key issues that are of collaborative and commercial importance with a strong, engaging narrative to professionals, partners and learners.
  • Developed and/or maintained an enthusiasm and interest in the latest technology developments in areas such as digital learning, marketing, digital content, entertainment and big data.
  • Excellent relationship management skills and ability to grow and maintain relationships with clients, partners and subject experts.
  • Excellent written communication skills and an ability to influence others through powerful verbal and visual narratives, highly proficient in spoken and written English.
  • High level of competence in digital technologies, capabilities, content and platforms.

What you'll receive:

  • 41 days annual leave (inc bank holidays).
  • Working 37 hours per week, flexible/hybrid/part-time working considered.
  • Excellent benefits including a generous pension scheme, discount portal, cycle to work scheme, access to the university accommodation service, employee assistance programme, family friendly policies along with many more.
