Programme Coordinator, Cambridge Executive MBA

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and team-orientated professional to join the EMBA Programmes team. The role will play a crucial part in course administration and event management of College dinners, Orientation Week, Electives and Graduation. The role holder will therefore interact with a diverse customer base of professional students, faculty, staff, and university and external event services. As such, the Programme Coordinator plays a central role in the high level of customer service necessary to maintain the excellent reputation of Cambridge Judge Business School.

You will be a team player, preferably with previous experience of working on both small and large-scale events. You will have the ability to prioritise their workload, multitask to meet deadlines and have great attention to detail. You will enjoy using their initiative to problem solve and be at ease with technology. Experience working with a diverse customer base from various cultural backgrounds and excellent interpersonal skills will also be required.
