Join the team at the University of Cambridge Careers Service as our new Postdoc Work Shadowing Project Coordinator!
The Career Service has secured funding to pilot a work shadowing programme for our Postdoc researchers to enable them to explore new career opportunities outside of academia.
This is an exciting new opportunity to shape a pioneering career development initiative. As Postdoc Work Shadowing Project Coordinator, you will drive the programme's development, manage applications, and engage with researchers, professionals, and businesses. You will play a key role in establishing processes, promoting the programme, and evaluating its impact.
You will be working closely with a Careers Consultant who works with researchers and the Employer Engagement team (in which this post is based) and liaising with the University's Postdoc working group.
If you are skilled at building relationships, have strong communication and project coordination skills along with experience in higher education, HR, recruitment, or learning and development, we want to hear from you.

The post is fixed term: funds for this post are available for 15 months.
