As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the long-term sustainability of this iconic institution. Reporting to the Vice Chancellor, you will oversee all financial operations and lead a complex programme of transformation to align resources with the University's ambitious goals. The CFO will be responsible for optimising processes, driving efficiencies, and enhancing transparency while maintaining and building upon the high standards that define the university.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned financial leader with a successful track record of leading high-performing teams in large and complex organisations. You will combine a first-class reputation for delivering against ambitious financial strategies with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and multifaceted stakeholder environment. Your experience in leading transformation programmes and achieving operational excellence could come from a wide variety of sectoral backgrounds but will be defined by a strong track record of successful delivery.
