Leasing Advisor x2


Estates Division Housing Services is looking for a dedicated Leasing Advisor to join our Accommodation Service team. In this key role, you will support the full tenancy lifecycle, delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service from initial enquiry through to move-in and beyond.

Reporting to the Senior Accommodation Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the leasing process. This includes preparing tenancy agreements, handling deposits, ensuring compliance, coordinating annual lease renewals and rent reviews, and managing end-of-tenancy procedures such as deposit returns where required.

Our Housing Services team oversees a diverse portfolio of over 1,050 properties, including a significant number of Key Worker housing. These properties play a vital role in supporting the University's efforts to attract and retain world-class staff. As part of a customer-centric team, you'll help ensure that our tenants receive exceptional support throughout their time in University-managed housing.

What we are looking for:

  1. Proven experience in the property rental sector is essential.
  2. A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  3. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  4. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tenancy management.
